What is Thrīvera?

Thrīvera is a non-profit organization that uses visual storytelling as a way to give young people a voice. It gives them a platform to share their personal stories and explore the HERO from within. We help them discover their own stories as a source of strength to envision a better future and make an impact on the world around them.

The majority of kids we work with come from struggling families overwhelmed by poverty. Many come from rough neighborhoods, have difficult home environments, and deal with language & cultural barriers. Along with these challenges, these kids lack opportunities, and many times, lack the self-belief that they can grow up and fulfill their dreams.

Thrivera Video Workshops

We conduct video workshops that supplements school programs. They are designed help young people understand the importance of their personal narrative, and to reframe their role as the HERO of their own lives. The storytelling process build their skills as effective communicators, and builds their confidence. We help kids become literate in digital technology so success in this digital era we live in is within reach.
